Can we talk Wednesday

Question: Does God’s will always come to pass?

Scripture: 1 Timothy 2:1-4 (AMP)

First of all, then, I urge that petitions (specific requests), prayers, intercessions (prayers for others) and thanksgivings be offered on behalf of all people, for [a]kings and all who are in [positions of] high authority, so that we may live a peaceful and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This [kind of praying] is good and acceptable and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who [b]wishes all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge and recognition of the [divine] truth.

Answer: According to scripture the answer is no. God wants everyone to be saved, but some will not be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth. Please listen to the video for my explanation.

**If you are in need of prayer (Ephesians 6:18), please click “Prayer Request.”  I would love to pray for you.

  1. My brother, what a great question and a superb answer. This I do agree with you here, as a matter of fact God provided this to be a part of who the “VINE AND BRANCH WORLD MINISTRIES” was to be about. Yes, God wants all His children to be saved and it is up to each one of us do His will in helping to spread the gospel in order that all receive salvation. He is the giver, maker and judge of all and all things. That is why He commands us to pray for all and pray without ceasing. He commands us in Matthews 5:44 to pray for our enemies, for those who spitefully use you and persecute you. He further says, even in nations where Christians do not face persecution, they still need to be constantly praying for their leaders. Every dy decisions are made in the halls of government that shape the policies, the future, even the morality of the nation. Constant prayer can be a mighty weapon against Satan’s domination so believers can continue with their work of spreading the gospel in godliness and dignity. Today, let us reach out and make a difference in the lives of all the people that our lives touch, because we all are connected in one way or the other, althought we may not realize it are even understand it, but we are, therefore, let us pray and pray without ceasing. When we learn to do this, yes, we will be doing God’s will. He is the judge of our thoughts and all that we do. Again, thank you my brother for this beautiful lesson and all that you do in helping to build the Kingdom of God here on this earth. To God be the glory.
