Absolutely. Good Character means everything. Your inner being. Depth not just being superficial. I’m extremely Thankful that both of the Day Security Supervisors at my former job are men of Good Character. They were always there to listen, give words of encouragement, good advice and support. One supervisor whom I will call Mr. M. always had jokes and believe me there were many days that I needed to laugh. He would come out with the most outrageous observations that you just had to chuckle. Mr. M. has also been through the ringer but he never lost his sense of humor and would do his best share his knowledge and wisdom. Both Mr. M. and Mr. S. were two of the best security supervisors there along with many others I had the opportunity to know over the ten years I was there. True Leadership is faith in your workers.
