  1. Your story about the crazy coworker resonates with me. I also had a similar experience last month with Dr. Jekyll/Ms. Hyde.
    Everything started out well.
We worked together very well until her bitterness against the other coworkers took over. Turns out she really hated them and kept telling me lies about them. At first I didn’t know how to react. I thought that She was just venting until her venom was turned on me. She belittled me in front of another coworker and being that I have a temper I nearly went all in on her. Another coworker had to hold me back. She continued to rip me apart then make these feeble attempts to be nice. Fortunately she found another job and left. Everyone in the office Rejoiced. We are glad she is gone. Then she had the nerve to call me, leaving voice mail message and email like I should excuse her behavior. Like it was okay to talk to me like I was dirt.
Needless to say that I didn’t respond to her voice or email messages. Bullies for some strange reason find ways to excuse their bad behavior.

Oh Yes she is a Church going Christian but as we know the most evil wicked and vindictive bullies are in the Church and they bring their horrible behavior into the workplace.

As Maya Angelou said, Once a person shows you who they are. Believe them.

Once she crossed my personal boundaries I crossed her out. No toxic People are allowed in my life.
